What we liked
- + 24.2MP APS-C sensor and DIGIC X processor, with 4K video and Dual Pixel CMOS AF II subject tracking.
- + Kit includes the RF-S10-18mm wide-angle lens, which suits arm's-length vlogging, plus a tripod grip with remote.
- + Continuous shooting up to 15 fps with the electronic shutter.
Trade-offs
- - Priced clearly above the Canon M200 kit it replaces, so this pick is for creators who want an upgrade.
- - The RF mount lens range is separate from older EF-M lenses.
