Mudder 5 Pack Foam Mic Cover Handheld Microphone Windscreen Ball Shape
Mudder's 5 pack foam ball windscreens are handheld microphone covers that reduce wind noise and plosives on vocal mics.
A microphone windscreen is the foam or fur cover that slips over your capsule to tame the noise you cannot see. Indoors it softens breath sounds and plosives; outdoors it blocks the wind rumble that can ruin an otherwise perfect interview or field recording. For podcasters who record on the move, or streamers who talk close to the mic, it is a small accessory that quietly protects your audio. In this guide we compare open-cell foam covers, dense fur windjammers for outdoor use, and covers sized for popular podcast and lavalier mics. We look at how much wind and breath noise each one blocks, how well it fits without muffling your high end, and how it stands up to regular handling. Find the windscreen that matches where and how you record, so your voice stays clear.
